Barnet FC can announce this evening the signing of 22-year-old 6’ 1” defender Krystian Pearce from League 1 Notts County in a loan deal that runs until the middle of December.

The former England U17 and U19 youth international will train with the team at The Hive on Friday morning prior to travelling north with the rest of the squad for the match at Bradford City.

Pearce has seen first-team action for Notts Co, Port Vale, Scunthorpe United, Peterborough United and Huddersfield Town and has approaching 150 games under his belt.

Speaking exclusively to Barnet FC.com Krystian said, “It was Paul Fairclough and Mark Robson that convinced me to join and after hearing so much positive talk about the club I'm glad the deal is  done and I can't wait to get started.”

When asked to describe his strengths the defender stated, “'I'm strong, good on the ball and I always give my all.”

And in his time with the Bees the Birmingham-born defender who has been allocated the No. 32 shirt says, “I want to play games and do well for the team.”

Barnet FC Director of Football, Paul Fairclough, said of Pearce, "Krystian is a very promising young player with international honours to his name. He has the qualities we're looking for to complement the players we already have here. I believe he's a player with enormous potential who'll go on to play at a really high level."
