Jamal Lowe has joined Boreham Wood on a one-month loan deal

Jamal Lowe has joined Boreham Wood Football Club on a one-month loan deal.

The 18-year-old forward has already been out on loan once this season, to Hayes and Yeading United, and he put in a string of impressive displays.

Everyone at Barnet Football Club believes that Jamal has a very bright future ahead of him in black and amber but it is vital that at this stage of his development that he plays regular, competitive football.

The club have an excellent relationship with Boreham Wood and were very pleased with the progression of Mauro Vilhete who has already spent time at the Wood on loan.

Lowe scored 19 goals for the Under-18s last season and made his senior debut on 25 August 2012 in a 3-1 loss to Saturday’s opponents York City.

Boreham Wood currently sit fifth in the Blue Square Bet South and we hope that Jamal can help get them across the line and achieve promotion to the Blue Square Bet Premier.
