Olly Lee has joined Birmingham City on loan for the remainder of the 2012/13 season.
The midfielder has spent the last two-months on trial with the Blues and has so far featured for their Development Squad.
The 21-year-old will now have a chance to make his mark in the first-team with Lee Clark’s side still possessing an outside chance of a play-off place.
Lee began his career with West Ham United although he never made an appearance for the first-team.
He joined the Bees in July 2012 after his contract with the Hammers expired. During his time at the Boleyn Ground he spent time on loan with Dagenham & Redbridge and Gillingham.
He is the son of former Charlton Athletic and Newcastle United midfielder Rob Lee and his brother, Elliot, currently plays for West Ham United having made his debut against Manchester United earlier this season.
