Here's a chance for a young supporter to win a day's training with Ian Hendon and the Barnet FC 1st team squad.

All you have to do to enter this is to give a reason why you should be picked to win this prize and what it would mean to you.

Entries must be in by 2p.m. on April 15 and winners will be notified ASAP afterwards.

Brian Lowy was the successful highest bidder for a chance for two to train with the 1st team in the recent Barnet FC fundraising activities for Help for Heroes and he kindly donated the prize for this competition. The grand total raised for Help for Heroes was £2,289.18
