LADIES REACH CUP FINAL

Posted on: Thu 17 Nov 2011
Barnet FC Ladies have progressed to their sixth successive Middlesex County FA Women's Senior Cup Final after beating Old Actonians 2-1 in the semi-final at Hanwell Town last night.

Barnet fought back from falling a goal behind in the first half with second half strikes from Stacey Sowden and substitute Lizzie Goodwin to secure the victory. The Bees will now face Queens Park Rangers in the Final, which will be played on Wednesday April 7 at Ashford Town (Middlesex) FC.

The Ladies have re-arranged their top-of-the-table FA Women's Premier League Southern Division clash with West Ham United for Tuesday March 30. The match will be played at Hanwell Town FC with a 7.45pm kick-off.
