Top of the table Barnet Ladies showed top form again today by beating Colchester United 5-0 as a dress rehearsal for Tuesday important home clash at Hanwell against West Ham United, their closest rivals.

Claire Thomas (2 - one a penalty), Stacey Sowden (2) and Cheryl Williams scored the goals that consolidated the Bees' position at the top of The FA Women's Premier League Suthern Division and steadily on course for promotion.
