Stacey Sowden, ace goalscorer of Barnet Ladies, is up and at 'em again. She scored a hat-trick at The Hive yesterday in an 8-0 demolition of local rivals QPR in a pre-season friendly.

In addition to Stacey, Dan Murphy, Dee Smith, Gemma Rudman, Leanne Reid and an own goal were on target. The Bees gave a full debut to England U 20 international
Abbie Prosser, who was signed on returning from the U20 World Cup in Germany.

Prosser, who joins Barnet from Arsenal Ladies, is the younger sister of recent Mark Stimson trialist Luke Prosser, the former Port Vale central defender who has just signed for Southend United.

The Bees are next in action again at The Hive next Sunday versus Leicester. Kick-Off is at 2.00pm.
