Stacey Sowden: hat-trick hero

A sixth hat trick - the second in successive games - took Stacey Sowden's goal tally to 34 for the season as Barnet Ladies cruised comfortably past an under-strength Rushden & Diamonds side 6-0 on Sunday to retain top spot in the League. Leanne Small (2) and Haley Johnson were the other Barnet scorers.

Ipswich beat Northampton 4-2 to leapfrog over them to second place in the table. Barnet travel to Bedford Town next weekend hoping to consolidate their top-of-the-table position.
