THE EXEMPLARY BEES

Posted on: Wed 12 Dec 2007
Northamptonshire referee Andy Woolmer has described the attitude of the Barnet players in the 1-0 FA Cup second round win against Burton Albion as "exemplary".
Mr Woolmer, who booked one Albion player in the match, said that he would pass on his comments about Paul Fairclough's team to his refereeing colleagues and the football authorities.
By the same token, www.barnetfc.com is pleased to record that Mr Woolmer earned praise on all sides for his handling of the game.
