Customer care and crowd safety were high on the agenda when stadium manager Del Baker welcomed about 50 temporary staff to a hugely successful training day at Underhill on Saturday ... climaxed by a buffet in the Pavilion and watching The FA Cup Final.

The day was a "thank you" to the match day staff for their efforts last season and a look forward to next.

All the staff present signed up to go for NVQ qualification after hearing presentations from Barnet College, Telford College and St John Ambulance personnel.
