THE EAST TERRACE: AN EXPLANATION

Posted on: Thu 24 Jul 2008

There are no standing tickets available for home supporters for the pre-season friendly against League One Leeds United at Underhill on Saturday.

Segregation arrangements brought in for this game mean that Leeds supporters will have the North and Central East Terrace, with the South East Terrace being used as overflow if necessary.

Pre-bookings indicate that there will be twice as many Leeds fans as Barnet supporters.

Watford, too, will be segregated as the two matches are linked through the Buy One Get One Free offer and arrangements will be announced next week.

Will supporters please note that these arrangements are on a one-off basis for these two pre-season games and that regular segregation arrangements will be in place for league matches.

Paul Davies, the Underhill stadium manager, said "I hope that Barnet fans will be understanding on this issue - it is primarily meant for their safety".
