Danny Hart's hopes of pushing for a first team start this season received a setback when he was ruled out of this week's midweek games with a hip injury. The 19-year-old has been competing with Kieron St Aimie for the left wing berth in the pre-season games.

 

Although Player of the Year Joe Devera may be fit for 45 minutes against Watford at the weekend, new boy Elliott Charles is ruled out for three weeks with a hamstring injury.

 

The 21-year-old Devera has been "nursed" at the training ground with a hamstring injury that bothered him last season.
