NO FLAGS ON EAST TERRACE THIS SATURDAY

Posted on: Fri 19 Sep 2008

Due to refurbishment works on the East Terrace taking place this week, Stadium Manager and Safety Officer Paul Davies has requested that flags should not be placed on the East Terrace for the home game with Bury on Saturday.

Paul said: "These refurbishment works have been ongoing to improve the East Terrace.

"If fans still wish to hang up their flags, they will be personally escorted to the North Terrace to do so."

This is a temporary measure and the works will be complete in time for the Accrington Stanley game on October 4.

Paul added: "I hope that supporters understand the reasons behind this and that no incovenience has been caused."
