DEVERA ON THE WAY BACK

Posted on: Mon 01 Dec 2008
It was good news day all round at the Barnet training ground in Hertfordshire.

Manager Paul Fairclough reported that Player of the Year Joe Devera was back running this week after his left knee medial ligament damage and "making really good progress".

He said that Devera would train next week and be back in contention for the home game against Gillingham at Underhill on December 13.

Neal Bishop, the 27-year-old new skipper of the side, will be fit fot this weekend's visit to Luton Town after a scan showed bone bruising on his injured right knee, as will 20-year-old Albert Adomah, who trained on Monday after bone bruising in a foot.
