SETBACK FOR JEREMY

Jeremy de Magalhaes, the 25-year-old French left sided central defender who had a cartilage operation in December, pulled out of training after a quarter of an hour on Wednesday complaining of a sore knee.

Although de Magalhaes has resumed training after his op, Ian Hendon reckons that he is still a long way off a return.

de Magalhaes has been restricted to four appearaces since joining the Bees last summer.He was injured in training two days after his League debut at Chester City last August; he looked like establishing himself in the team when he returned in November for three games - then had his cartilage problem.
