HENDON: "THEY'RE A VERY GOOD SIDE"

"Looking back at Grimsby, to be 2-0 up in any game you'd expect to win it but that's the story of our season so far. Mistakes are costing us and people have got to learn that that's not acceptable any more.

"I'd say 43 minutes gone at Notts County, the game is going exactly to plan on a difficult pitch. We're in the game and in the ascendency but yet again another mistake where the ball should have been dealt with and they've scored. If we'd come in at 0-0 I'd have been delighted as the away side. That's when the home side come out and then our wingers get the chance to push forward.

"Some of the lads haven't had a game for four or five weeks so the Norwich game was first and foremost for match fitness. Some of them have been in and around the side so it was a chance to show their worth and a couple of them gave a reminder of what they're about so I was pleased.

"We played against a half decent Norwich side on a fantastic pitch in a fantastic pitch and the lads had a go which is exactly what I asked of them.

"I've seen Bradford play twice now and they are a good side. They've got four very good players across the middle of the park, a solid back four and the front two have goals in them and that's what we all aspire to get. They're going well and they're not conceding many goals and its about what we bring to them.

"We know they're the biggest club in the division by a mile and they'll bring good support with them, but we went up there earlier this season and played some of the best football we've played up there. We're at home and we're looking to win it.

"Some of the goals in the game up therewere poor as well, so if people don't start learning then things have to change.

"We've been without an out and out left sided winger all season really, but Yannick's filled that role even being right footed. Kenny's coming back now, plus we've got Nicky Nicolau and Matt Lockwood over there so we've got competition all over the pitch now.

"There's a lot of disappointed players on a Saturday and that's how it should be. When players are left out they should be disappointed and what I see during the week is players wanting to get back into the team. The more players we've got fighting to get in the team the better it will be for the players in the team who know they have to perform otherwise they'll be left out.

"I'll be watching Chesterfield tonight, I'm like Phileas Fogg at the moment! I've been to Ipswich, Norwich, Colchester this week, a bit of an East Anglian Tour! They're playing Bournemouth tonight so I'll see how they're getting on because we've got them coming up too. It's a good opportunity to see two teams we're up against.
