"Yeah it all came together last week. I've looked at the video and all the players including the subs who participated in the game did their job exactly how i wanted to. If we continue to do that we'll be fine, as I keep saying we'll win more games than we lose. That's they key between now and the end of the season.

"I don't just look at Saturday's result, I look at how we've trained all week and the Norwich reserve game. All the lads that played gave everything in that game which was pleasing from my point of view. The lads knew there were places up for grabs and training was geared towards that. There's massive competition for places now.

"Saturday was a culmination of that and the players know if they play well in training and when they get their opportunity they'll stay in the team.

"We're not naive or silly to know that one win will change the season. It's the hard work that goes in Monday-Friday and if we can keep that going then the wins will keep coming.

"All season we have needed someone on the left hand side with pace and directness. Yannick is very like Albert in how he plays and if you've got two of those players in your team then you've got a dual threat. I think for the majority of the season, teams have looked at us and seen our danger in Albert and how he creates things. They thought if you stopped Albert you stopped Barnet.

"Now if I was coming up against these two playing against me I'd know I've got problems. You could double up on both sides and you've got no attacking threat, and that's what happened to Bradford. They could either sit back or try and push forward and get punished. Bradford definitely got punished on Saturday and it'll be interesting to see how Chesterfield approach us.

"They [Chesterfield] have a player in Jack Lester who can open anyone up and he's they key to them playing well. Martin Gritton's up there as well, an experienced pro who causes problems. They're going well at the moment and it's a difficult fixture away from home.

"If you ask their supporters they feel that they should be up there and that may add a bit of pressure to them at home. The expectation will be on them to win the game and hopefully that could work in our favour. If we're at the races I don't see why we can't get a good result and even a win."
