Michael Leary, a substitute at Brentford, collected a thigh strain in training today and was later rated by
Ian Hendon as "touch and go" for the weekend visit to Morecambe.
On a more positive note, Hendon said that Joe Devera, who has been sidelined by a bruised kidney, was back in the squad and in contention for a place.
The whole squad were in for training after last night's 1-0 "travesty of justice" defeat by the League leaders, disappointed by the result but proud of their performance.
The side created chances galore and earned plaudits from home and away fans alike for their non-stop commitment ...Hendon added strikers
Adam Birchall and
Cliff Akurang to the attack late on alongside
John O'Flynn and
Cliff Akurang and the two wingers in a bold bid to earn what would have been a deserved equaliser.
Hendon had a special word for the 373 Barnet supporters in the Griffin Park crowd.
"Please convey my thanks to each and every one of those fans for their support", he said. "They kept the lads going to the death".
Brentford originally reported that there were more than 800 visiting fans, but later amended the figure.
Perhaps the 373 sounded like 800!
