BOLASIE PICKS UP FIFTH BOOKING

Posted on: Thu 19 Mar 2009

Yannick Bolasie, the 19-year-old winger on loan from Plymouth Argyle, collected his fifth booking of the season in the away game at Brentford on Tuesday...but misses out on an FA ban because the yellow card came 10 days after the cut-off period.

The FA has confirmed that Bolaise, also booked against Exeter City and Bradford City, will only receive a warning.

Note: the Bees continue to lead the way in the Respect campaign. Only one player has been booked for dissent this season - on loan central defender Michael Townsend, now back with Cheltenham Town.

Player coach Gary Breen, leading scorer John O'Flynn, ever-present Albert Adomah, Joe Devera, Adam Birchall, Luke Medley and goalkeepers Lee Harrison and Ran Kadoch have not been booked at all.
