Posted on: Wed 15 Jul 2009
Tickets for the pre-season game against Arsenal at Underhill on Saturday are still available ... and the ticket office will stay open until 7.30 pm on Thursday  and on Friday until 5.00pm.

Sierra Leone international Albert Jarrett, a 24-year-old left winger who was with Arsenal as a schoolboy, earns a place in Ian Hendon's squad for Saturday's game against the Gunners after impressing as a trialist.

He is one of four trialists listed for the prestigious game.. the others are former Hendon goalkeeper Will Viner, centre back Clovis Kamdjo, a former Reading youth team captain, and left back Ahmed Dean, who was with Macclesfield Town last season.

Jarrett, who played against the Bees for Gillingham last season, was previously with Watford, Brighton and Wimbledon. He played twice for Sierra Leone in 2006.

Jarrett, Kamdjo and Viner, who left Hendon to play at a higher level, featured in the Barnet side that beat Dover Athletic 2-1 at the weekend. All four trialists played in a behind-closed doors trial game against Chalfont on Tuesday, the Bees again winning 2-1 with a penalty from Paul Furlong and a second from Yannick Bolasie.

Top scorer John O'Flynn will wear the No 9 shirt for the Bees instead of Cliff Akurang this season. The new squad list numbering is:-
