It's another fully fit squad going into tomorrow's League 2 game at Underhill against Grimsby Town. All midweek knocks and bruises have disappeared. We are even struggling to find someone to go on the treatment table when a feature with Mark Stein on his life as a physiotherapist is filmed before the game.
Ian Hendon, who doesn't like the opposition knowing his line up, has no team news to impart but, without being clever, it's a fair bet that it will be pretty much as you were after the very satisfying 2-0 win against John Still's Dagenham & Redbridge. Some supporters found it even more satisfying against Mark Arber's Dagenham & Redbridge.
Hendon said after the midweek game what a difference the presence of 35-year-old former Republic of Ireland World Cup central defender Gary Breen made to the team in his first competitive match of the season.
"The more times he is available the better in my view", said the manager. He won't get much argument.
Hendon said that first team coach Lee Harrison, assistant manager Breen and he talk together about the team. "After a good win is a good time to thank them for their contributions", he said. "Victories are most definitely brought about by teamwork".
