BFCSA chairman Edward Thompson tells www.barnetfc.com
"In view of the importance of the Grimsby fixture, and the need to get as many supporters to the match as possible, the Supporters Association have decided to change the banding on the Grimsby fixture to a Band D fixture. What this means is that the price is now £25 for adults and £20 for concessions. We hope that, by offering this price reduction, more fans will be able to go to the game to get behind the team in its time of need.
Having been at the Q & A with Paul Fairclough and TK it is clear the club is doing everything it can to make a change, and stay in The Football League, and as an Association we want to make every effort to support them in this endeavour. If you have not decided yet whether to go, please put your doubts aside and come to Cleethorpes to support the Bees for the most important game since Torquay in 2001.
Please contact the BFCSA coach booking answerphone on 01707 647365 to reserve a seat. Please note that the answerphone message may still state the old banding figures.
If you have already made arrangements to get to the game, and are considering your options in terms of getting home, you may be interested to know that the SA may be able to offer a one way fare back from the game subject to availability. Please approach Steve Percy at Cleethorpes if this is of interest to you. As stated this is subject to spaces being available on the coach back on the day".
