Joe Tabiri, the 20-year-old Barnet midfielder who played 11 games on loan with Dover Athletic last season, has signed for the Blue Square South club on a permanent basis.

Tabiri made 12 appearances for the Bees in three seasons and was loaned to eight different clubs. He made two starts and four appearances as a substitute last season for Ian Hendon, his new manager at Dover, and was released by the Bees last month.
