After impressing a Barnet scout watching the QPR's reserves and following a subsequent successful trial period at Underhill Kieron signed for the Bees midway through last season.

Last season he enjoyed had a loan spell at Oxford United. Kieron can be a powerful presence on either flank and can also feature as a central striker.

His opportunities last season were limited through injury, but since he has all the attributes to succeed, this could be the season in which he makes a major impact.
