Micah became Barnet's third new signing of the summer when he put pen to paper on a one-year contract. The central midfielder will bring bags of experience to the side, having clocked up over 500 Football League appearances for clubs including Cambridge United, Watford, Burnley and most recently Peterborough United. Micah has played 16 times for Jamaica, and Ian Hendon hopes the 34-year-old skipper will become someone who the younger players in the squad learn from.
