Midfielder Dan Sweeney joined Barnet on December 22, 2016 from Maidstone United for an undisclosed fee.
The rangy midfielder, who stands at an imposing 6ft 3in, made his EFL debut as a substitute as the Bees beat Plymouth Argyle 1-0 on January 2.
Dan started his career with AFC Wimbledon without making a senior appearance for the Dons.
In March 2013 he joined tenants Kingstonian following his release and spent two years with the K’s, earning a trial at Championship side Ipswich Town.
After turning down a new contract ahead of the 2015/16 season Dan remained with Kingstonian on a non-contract basis before moving to Dulwich Hamlet in October 2015.
Little more than two months later – after six goals in ten games – he stepped up to National League South to join Maidstone.
In two seasons with the Stones Dan scored three goals in 44 league outings, helping the Kent side into the National League.
