We’re thrilled to announce the signing of versatile forward Louis Walsh on a permanent deal from Southend United!
Walsh signed his first professional contract at Barnsley FC at the age of 17 before enjoying a brief loan spell at Guiseley in 2018.
The 21-year-old departed Oakwell in 2019 and has since spent time at Nottingham Forest and Southend United.
Walsh has proven to be a threat through his speed and skill on the wing whilst providing team-mates with assists.
Dean Brennan said: “Louis is a player that I have tracked over a long period of time.
“He has serious pace and can play anywhere on the forward line, so we are pleased to bring him to Barnet FC.”
Louis will wear the No. 9 shirt for the remainder of the 2021/22 season.
The deal is subject to the usual regulatory processes.
