PL Kicks started in 2006 and has a long history of using the power of football and the value of sports participation to help youngsters in some of the most high-need areas By engaging young people in constructive activities, including a wide variety of sports, coaching, music and educational and personal development sessions, communities up and down the country have been transformed with impressive football and sports participation rates and the authorities reporting significant reductions in anti-social behaviour in the areas in which it is delivered.

With the project engaging more than 300,000 young people at hundreds of venues across the country. Our Values

Bees in the Community Premier League Kicks delivery is based on our four key values that all lessons must allow and include the following:

-Participant Ownership & Self Development

-Challenging and Engaging

-Creativity & Team Work

-Motivating and Inspiring

-Fun

All of the above values aim to create a safe, progressive and enjoyable environment for the children and young people who attend our Premier League Kicks sessions.  Through our staff’s implementation of this in their work we should create a space for our participants to grow as individuals and develop a fun and accessible setting for all.
