Contract extension for Dean Brennan

Barnet Football Club has today announced that Dean Brennan’s contract has been extended by three and a half years until June 2026.

Brennan will retain his position as Head of Football and will continue as the 1st Team Manager.

 

On the extension of his contract, Dean Brennan said:

 

“I am thrilled to sign this extension here at Barnet – It is brilliant that we have stability here at the club.

 

“The faith that the Chairman has shown in me made it a real easy decision and the discussions were completed within a day.

 

“The backing from our supporters has been immense and has contributed greatly to how I have fallen in love with this Football Club.

 

“We will continue to work hard, with honesty and integrity – Up The Bees!”

 

Since September 2021, Dean has overseen 63 Barnet fixtures. His team currently sit 5th within the Vanarama National League and are unbeaten in their last 6 league outings.

Barnet FC Chairman, Tony Kleanthous, said:

 

“I am delighted for our club and the supporters that we have been able to secure Dean until 2026.

 

“The results on the pitch have been very impressive and Dean’s brilliant approach has helped to create a winning and positive culture at the club.

 

“We are making great progress on and off the field, and this development forms part of our long-term strategy.”
