UPDATE FROM THE TREATMENT ROOM

18 October 2012

Collins John and Ricky Holmes Making Good Progress

Barnet FC’s Head of Sports Science, Stuart Ayles, spoke to BarnetFC.com to provide fans with an update on the club’s latest injury news.

After coming off injured in the match against Plymouth on Saturday, both Collins John and Ricky Holmes have been having intense treatment in a bid to get them fit for the next run of games.

Curtis Weston has had a scan on his troublesome thigh injury which has revealed deep scar tissue which we are working on. He should be back in training shortly.

Ishmail Kamara is working very hard in the gym to strengthen his shoulder ahead of seeing a specialist to determine whether he requires further rehab or an operation.

Steve Kabba is continuing with rehab and has been doing extra work with a functional movement specialist in a bid to help him gain further fitness.

Freddie Warren continues to improve from an ankle injury received in training ten days ago. We are hoping to see him back in full training within the next week or so if rehab continues to go as planned.
