Sykes Nets As Farnborough Win Again

Youngster scores as on loan duo make it two wins from two at Paddy Power Park.

George Sykes scored his first Farnborough goal as they secured a 3-2 win over Tonbridge on Tuesday night.

The Yellows raced into a 2-0 lead with Tyrone Berry's long-range strike and Sykes' impressive finish both coming in the opening ten minutes.

With 54 minutes played Berry grabbed his second firing home from a David Bennett cross.

Substitute Nathaniel Pinney pulled a goal back 20 minutes later but Jon Heath was sent off soon after. 

With 82 minutes played Michael Bakare made it 3-2 but Farnborough held on to secure three points.

Jon Nurse also featured completing 69 minutes for the Yellows.
