Portsmouth (H): Update regarding refunds

The club will be offering refunds to supporters unable to make the re-arranged match at The Hive.

Following a Board Meeting to discuss refunds for supporters unable to make the rescheduled match against Portsmouth on 23/2/16, it has been decided that the following section of our Customer Charter is applicable here:

Access to refunds: Exchanges are offered, not refunds - unless there are extenuating circumstances, which are agreed by the Ticket Office and the ticket is returned to the Ticket Office not later than 24-hours prior to the game.

This situation has been agreed as triggering ‘extenuating circumstances’ - so the Club will be offering the chance to obtain a refund rather than exchange, to both Home and Away supporters.

If you purchased your ticket through Portsmouth, please contact them directly to obtain a refund, on (023) 9277 8559.

If you originally purchased from Barnet FC, the refund request will need to be addressed to Portsmouth@barnetfc.com stating:

-          The name under which the ticket is booked.
-          The address and postcode under which ticket is booked.

Please note that all refund requests to Barnet FC will need to be e-mailed to the Club as per the above, by no later than Tuesday 16th February.
