Barnet assistant coach Alex Armstrong took time out of his busy schedule ahead of the friendly against West Ham XI to coach and talk to kids who take part in the Saturday Soccer School.
The vastly experienced coach who has worked all over the country, as well as abroad, offered some of his top tips to the budding young footballers.
The children were also given the opportunity to ask Armstrong some questions with the message he wanted to convey being "It's important for kids to be playing football, but it's more important that they're enjoying it."
Another question he was asked was what does he look for in player - "I mainly look for people who are comfortable on the ball" Armstrong responded.
Run by The Hive Foundation, Saturday Soccer Schools are one of their most popular sessions with hundreds of local children taking part across the day. For more information, see the below graphic.
