Date of birth
Signed in January 2017 from Cardiff City, David Tutonda was a product of the Welsh team's youth academy.
The 22-year-old has made 48 league appearances for the Bees and bagged his first and only goal so far in a 3-1 win over Grimsby Town three months after arriving at the club.
Born in Kinshasa, Zaire (now DR Congo) Tutonda got his first taste of League Two football on loan at Newport County in February 2015. He then went on to further his development on loan at York City in August of the same year, before returning to Wales in December. Despite 26 appearances across these two loan spells, it wasn’t until Barnet signed the 21-year-old that Tutonda got another taste of League action.
His aim now will be to play a vital part in the Bees’ quest for promotion next season and to maintain his importance within the Barnet camp.
