Date of birth
A Tottenham academy graduate, Shaquile Coulthirst has very limited chances to impress before signing for Barnet in July 2017.
Despite being a professional at Tottenham for three years, the majority of this time was taken up by loan moves to various Football League clubs, including Southend United. He did make one appearance for Spurs, subbed on in a Europa League game before being sold to Peterborough United in January 2016. Playing 43 games and contributing 11 goals and assists, it was only a year before he ended up at The Hive London.
However, Peterborough’s loss was our gain as Coulthirst’s first few games for The Bees showed, including his debut goal for the club against his former side in the Carabao Cup and a hat-trick away at Swindon for his first three league goals.
With lots of experience already under his belt, at only 22 years of age Shaquile Coulthirst still has his best years ahead of him and, based on his electric start to this season, Barnet fans should be very excited about where he could take the club.
