1. Cancellation is accepted only on receipt by us of 30-days’ prior written notice by you (‘Notice’) sent to tellus@thehivelondon.com

2. Any cancellation without notice will not be accepted as valid cancellation.

3. If the membership is paid for up front no refund shall be issued for early cancellation.

4. If the membership is paid for by rolling direct debit, the next payment to have been due since receipt of the notice will still be taken and this will be accepted as the ‘Final Payment’.

5. Should you cancel your direct debit directly with the bank prior to making the final due membership payment as stated by us in receipt of your notice, then the final amount will remain due to us and we reserve the right to claim for money owed and any additional reasonable interest or costs.

6. Should you cancel your direct debit directly with the bank without supplying us with a valid notice, then any membership fees due up to notice finally being received and the final payment will remain owing to us and we reserve the right to claim for the money owed and any additional reasonable interest or costs.

7. The membership will be active up to and until one month from the final payment being successfully taken.

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON BFC SEASON TICKETS

In the event that any Barnet FC or London Bees match at The Hive London is postponed or cancelled, supporters can be compensated in the way of an exchange or credit note.

Tickets purchased for the original match will be valid for the rearranged fixture.

To apply for such compensation, supporters should write to tellus@thehivelondon.com within three days of the match being postponed or cancelled.

Any failure to do so may result in the original ticket being ineligible for compensation.

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS FOR BFC SEASON TICKETS, MATCHES THAT ARE BEHIND CLOSED DOORS WILL SEE FANS COMPENSATED WITH A STREAMING VOUCHER.
