Annual BFC Members: 2019/20 refund information

Firstly, we would like to thank BFC Members for their amazing support throughout the 2019/20 campaign, it feels like a long time ago since we were all together at The Hive London. We’d also like to thank you for your patience in waiting for this communication on processing refunds for annual payments. 

Due to the early curtailment of the 2019/20 season, Bees fans unfortunately missed seven home league matches. Members who paid upfront before the start of the season have of course not received all the fixtures they paid for when signing up for an annual membership. 

As a result, we will be refunding supporters for the matches missed on a pro-rata basis, meaning the cost of the annual membership is divided by 23 matches to give the final total we owe. 

See below for a breakdown of the refund total, depending on which stand your membership is situated and the number of months you paid for up front.

*These Amounts Owed are based on Annual Payment Costs which assume a 12-month upfront payment. The pro-rata calculations will be adjusted accordingly where a member’s actual annual payment cost is for a reduced number of months.

How to claim your refund

To claim your refund, please email with the subject heading ‘BFC MEMBER – REFUND’ and the below details:

  • Member name
  • Seat details (i.e. stand, block and seat)
To process the refund we will also please require the following information:
  • Bank account holder’s name
  • Bank name
  • Bank account number
  • Sort-code
Unless otherwise requested, children’s Memberships will be returned to the account details of their parent / guardian (as provided). Please note that any other Memberships purchased for or on behalf of someone else can only be refunded to another person (i.e. the original purchaser) with the written agreement of the Membership holder.

Please note that these pro-rata refunds are only available to Members who paid upfront, and not to Members who were paying by monthly direct debit.
