BANTAMS PREVIEW

The Bees entertain Bradford City at Underhill tomorrow, the game kicking off at 3.00pm with Barnet keen to get back on track after the midweek 0-1 set-back at the hands of Aldershot Town.
The Bantams sit pretty in 7th place and of course have a Capital One Cup Semi-Final against Aston Villa at Valley Parade to look forward to on Tuesday next week.
Head Coach Edgar Davids says that if it is right for the team he will be out on the pitch and it is hoped that John Oster’s substitution in the game in New Year’s Day was a consequence of the number of match minutes he has had so soon after returning from injury rather than a recurrence of the original injury.
Bradford are likely to bring a good number of supporters with them, they have an average home attendance of nearly 9,000, the largest in League 2.
If you are unable to be at Underhill the Barnet Player service will be offering full-match commentary, headed up by regular commentator Karl Bates. He is on air from 2.55pm.
The match programme includes articles from Edgar Davids, his first for the programme, Graham Stack and Paul Fairclough. There is also detailed analysis of our opponents, quality photographs from recent matches and Reckless reviews the career of goalscorer Les Eason. There are also sufficient statistics to impress even Fibonacci itself and Reckless has also be busy plotting routes to faraway fixtures. And much more. The cover picture shows the moment Jake Hyde and many others thought the Bees had drawn level against Aldershot on New Year’s Day.
