Callum Stead to join Barnet FC

Barnet Football Club is delighted to announce that striker, Callum Stead will join the Club ahead of the 2023/24 season.

The 23-year-old forward will join the Club after scoring 13 goals in the National League North for Brackley Town last season, bolstering Barnet FC’s attacking options as preparations for the upcoming season continues.

Stead won the Mangers, Players and Supporters’ Player of the Season award last season having helped Brackley Town reach the National League North play-off final.

Prior to Brackley, Stead played for Kettering, Hitchin Town and South Shields.

Manager, Dean Brennan expressed his excitement about the acquisition, stating, “We are thrilled to have Callum Stead join our team.

“He is a young talent with immense potential, and his addition to our squad will undoubtedly enhance our attacking capabilities. Stead’s versatility, work rate, and commitment to the game make him a valuable asset for us.”

The deal is subject to the usual regulatory processes and will come into effect 01 July 2023.
