Harrow Observer 

The Harrow Observer is a part-paid free tabloid newspaper and is published every Thursday with 49,000 copies covering editions for Harrow, Pinner and Wembley. It started life in 1855 as The Harrow Monthly Gazette and General Advertiser from a small shop in Harrow High Street and in 1921 Sir Oswald Mosley, then MP for Harrow took over as editor of the Harrow Observer when the Gazette merged with the Wealdstone, Harrow and Wembley Observer.
