Crawford’s 88th minute strike made it 3-3 at the Recreation Ground after two costly errors gifted the home side a 3-1 advantage.
The home side raced into an early lead as Jon Nolan swept the ball home with just two minutes played but the Bees hit back through Curtis Weston after the break.
Two mistakes saw the Shots take a 3-1 lead but late goals from Marciano Mengerink and Harry Crawford saw the Bees snatch a point.
Despite coming from 3-1 down the forward insists the Bees weren’t good enough and he expects them to improve moving forward.
