Barnet Football Club are delighted to announce the return of Dani Lopez on a short-term loan deal.
The Stevenage forward spent one month with the Bees last season before being recalled following a stunning hat-trick in a 4-1 win over Morecambe.
Lopez scored four goals in total in just five games and with the Bees dropping down a division there should be plenty more to come.
Jake Hyde is also set for a spell on the sidelines so Lopez’s return could not have come at a more vital time.
Despite never playing at The Hive Lopez should feel right at home with two of his fellow Spaniards, Luisma Villa and Roberto Casabella, already at the club.
The 27-year-old began his career with Atletico Madrid playing in the same youth team as World Cup winning Chelsea striker Fernando Torres.
His career has also seen him turn out for the likes of Espanyol B, Getafe B, Las Rozas and of course Stevenage.
Everyone at Barnet Football Club are delighted to see Dani return and we all wish him the best of luck.
