FA YOUTH CUP | BARNET FC V BOREHAM WOOD

Barnet FC Academy (Canon’s High) will take on local rivals, Boreham Wood in the second qualifying round of the FA Youth Cup.

The Bees will take on The Wood at The Hive Stadium on Thursday 5th October (19:00 KO) for a place in the next round of the cup.

The academy side currently sit 6th in the ‘National League Alliance’ table after three games played. The young Bees have already tasted derby action this season as they opened their league campaign with a thrilling 3-3 draw against Wealdstone. 

James O’Dowd’s side then comfortably beat Enfield Town 4-1 before narrowly falling to their first defeat of the season against Brentford CST.

The Bees will now face rivals Boreham Wood at The Hive Stadium in the country’s most prestigious youth competition.
