Gateshead Team News

Barnet FC have been handed a huge boost ahead of their Skrill Premier clash with Gateshead at The Hive with Luke Gambin and Harry Crawford both being named on the bench.

The duo have been unavailable for a number of weeks due to knee injuries but with Jake Hyde and Luisma Villa both out they make a perfectly timed return.

Nick Jupp keeps his place between the sticks but Mark Byrne and Elliot Johnson both miss out due to minor injuries.

Kieron Cadogan, Ahmed Abdulla and Curtis Weston form the Bees’ midfield with Keanu Marsh-Brown and Charlie Adams supporting Dani Lopez who spearheads the attack.

Mauro Vilhete starts at left-back and Jack Saville returns to the starting XI in place of Valentin Gjokaj who drops to the bench after playing 90 minutes for Albania’s Under-21s on Wednesday.

Former Bee John Oster starts for Gateshead with another former Barnet favourite Liam Hatch named on the bench despite scoring last time out against Forest Green Rovers.
