Important safety information for tonight’s match

Getting to the stadium:

Please try to not use public transport to get to the ground, it is strongly advised to walk, cycle or drive to the stadium on matchdays. Car Parking will be available on matchdays, with the charge frozen at £6.00 for the 2020/21 season.

Car parking tokens can be purchased from the Legends Bar, please note The Hive London is a cashless stadium.

Entry and exits:

Legends Stand: Season Ticket Holders to use turnstiles W 1-6 at the Legends Gate to enter and should exit the same way using the exit gates in the South West Corner. Please note this has changed from Saturday’s game.

Stand ’66: Fans in the North Stand should enter using the North Stand turnstiles (usually the away turnstiles). Exit will in the South East Corner of the stadium, the exit gates nearest to the tunnel area.

Please sit in your allocated seat:

It is absolutely essential you sit in your allocated seat for the duration of the match, under no circumstances should you sit any other seat than the one displayed on your Season/Match ticket. Failure to comply with this could see us lose our safety licence to hold matches with spectators. We really must stress the importance of following this protocol, stewards will check tickets throughout the evening.

Please note away fans are not permitted to attend matches, this is by law.

Masks:

In line with other Clubs in the National League, masks must be worn when moving in and around the stadium, however, supporters are free to remove their masks once seated in their allocated seat. It is essential and part of our safety certificate, that fans only sit in their allocated seat.

Food and drink

A Tea Hut will be available at the stadium to purchase food and drink. These will be strictly CARD ONLY. Please maintain social distancing if queuing.

The Legends Bar will also be open for food, you can purchase an alcoholic drink with a food purchase. Food will be deep filled baguettes and you can purchase an alcoholic drink with it.

Season Ticket Collection:

The Home Ticket Office will be open for any Season Ticket Collections or ticket enquiries. Please note there will be no match ticket sales from the ticket office, due to COVID regulations. All sales must be carried out online.

Safety Officer Andy Wigley said: “It is absolutely essential that fans follow all of the COVID-19 protocols at all times when attending matches. Stewards will carry out ticket checks throughout the evening and any supporter not complying with the rules will be ejected.

“We have seen at other clubs this weekend how the minority can spoil it for the majority and I must thank all of our fans who followed the safety protocols on Saturday. As a result of that behaviour, we have been able to alter our safety plan to improve the supporter experience. I encourage all supporters to continue to follow the guidelines so that we can keep welcoming you to cheer on the team.

“Should anyone feel that the safety guidelines are not being followed, please do tell a steward so that we can make sure we are keeping everybody safe.”
