Barnet FC are delighted to welcome Luigi Cerullo to the club, who has joined the backroom staff as the new First Team Physiotherapist.
Luigi joins the Bees after leaving Crawley Town this summer, where he worked with his predecessor at The Hive in Jayde Cook.
Discussing his arrival at the club, Luigi says that he is pleased to have joined the team and is looking forward to the challenge of helping them to build on last season’s success:
“It is really good to be here. Everybody has made me feel really welcome since I’ve come here and I am really happy to be here.
“With the experience that I am bringing across from Crawley I will hopefully be able to meet the expectations of Martin and the rest of the squad.”
Having had the chance to meet the squad during the first two weeks of pre-season, Luigi was full of praise for the way that the players have looked after themselves over the summer and believes that they are in excellent shape as the new season draws ever closer:
“The first week has been really good. All of the boys here have kept themselves fit and well over the summer and you can see that from the tests that we have done over the first week.
“Hopefully we can carry on like that for the rest of the season.”
