Jamal Campbell-Ryce relishing Kevin Nugent link-up

Jamal Campbell-Ryce is relishing working with new First Team Coach Kevin Nugent for the third time after the pair first linked up as players at Leyton Orient.
The Bees winger spent time on loan at Brisbane Road in 2002 when Nugent was in his second spell as a player with the East Londoners.
Nugent was still in E10 when Campbell-Ryce returned ten years later and has enjoyed working with his former teammate once more.
"My first spell when I was 17 he was the striker and I played off him at number ten – I’m showing my age a little bit there!" Campbell-Ryce said.
"When I came back on loan from Bristol City he was the assistant to Russell Slade so I’ve known Nuge a good few years now."
Asked how the first fortnight had been working under Nugent, the Jamaican international replied: "Fantastic. The majority of the boys have not come across him but the vibes have been positive. He’s trying to implement his own ways without changing anything too drastically.
"Working hard and the work ethic is the be all and end all – that’s what you should have automatically so he’s stamping that down and encouraging us to go and play with freedom which is great."
