Landvreugd Hoping To Land Lopez

On Saturday Uli Landvreugd revealed that Barnet are interested in signing Dani Lopez on a permanent basis.
Last week Stevenage manager Graham Westley said that the forward is likely to leave the club in January when returns from his loan spell at The Hive.
Lopez has barely featured during a second loan spell with the Bees due to a shoulder injury but Landvreugd is hoping a permanent deal can be done.
“You never know, this is football. To be fair we could only use him for two-weeks before he got injured but we’re trying to get him back quickly so he is available for a very busy month.
“We will have to see what is possible after that but we like him, the Barnet fans like him and Dani likes being at Barnet.
“If something can be done we would of course like to keep him because he is a quality player.”
George Sykes has recently been leading the line for Barnet but their attacking injury woes are almost over with Jake Hyde and Harry Crawford both returning to training on Monday.
“We have to be careful with the injuries we have but I hope Jake [Hyde] can get some minutes against Dartford next weekend.
“We don’t want to push him too much but I am glad he will train properly from Monday and we will move on from there.”
Landvreugd also revealed that Mauro Vilhete and Anthony Acheampong will also return to training as they continue to monitor the progress of Luke Gambin.
“Mauro [Vilhete] is on his way back, he was ill at the end of last week but he will return to training on Monday with Harry [Crawford] and Jake [Hyde]. Anthony Acheampong will also start training again this week on Tuesday.
“Luke [Gambin] had a little bit of rest for his knee, he could train but the doctor said it would be better to keep him rested and see how he recovers. Like Harry [Crawford] he has some bruising in his upper leg so we need to wait to see how it is.”
He added: “In the warm-up he felt something on his upper leg. It is not very serious but it was serious enough to not start him on Saturday.”
