Following a 6pm pitch inspection, the referee has regrettably decided that this evening’s fixture Vs. Yeovil Town FC will be postponed.

Our grounds team have been closely observing the pitch throughout the day and until a short time ago, the pitch was safe and fully playable.

Supporters should be aware that we were unable to postpone the fixture any earlier for this reason.

Due to the severe drop in temperatures at approximately 16:30, the referee requested a pitch inspection.The referee has since determined that the pitch is no longer safe due to it being frozen.

He has therefore decided that the fixture will therefore be postponed.

We apologise to all supporters for the disruption this has caused.

- It was decided by the referee that due to 2 areas of the pitch being frozen, it would be unsafe for the players & officials Â
