Paul Hurst 

 

Paul Hurst played as a defender for Rotherham United for most of his playing career where he made over 400 appearances for the Millers.

 

In 2009, Paul Hurst along with Rob Scott, began managing Ilkeston Town. The duo then went on to manage Boston United and Grimsby Town. 

 

After leaving Grimsby Town in 2016, Hurst spent time managing Shrewsbury Town, Ipswich Town and Scunthorpe United before returning to the Mariners in 2020.

Harry Clifton

 

Clifton signed a professional contract for Grimsby Town in 2015 after progressing through their youth system.

 

Apart from a brief loan spell at Grantham Town during the 2016/17 season, the midfielder has been at Blundell Park ever since.

 

The 23-year-old also has international experience under his belt after gaining six caps for Wales’ Under 21 side between 2019 and 2020.
